Intensive training programmes are being conducted for personality-grooming, resume-writing, group discussion skills, interview skills, body language, English proficiency, presentation skills, computer operation skills.
Regular interaction and presentations by prospective employers is also being arranged to provide direct face-to-face interaction of the students with employers.
Separate folders on career opportunities and useful articles are being maintained.

SCM provides opportunity to its students for membership of SCM Book Bank, through which they become entitled to receive one set of books covering all the subjects in a semester on returnable basis. This reduces the financial burden on students for procuring quality text-books on different subjects. |

| Membership of Allahabad Management Association (AMA) |
Having close linkage with AIMA and local management association, SCM students are offered Student Membership of AMA at subsidized charges, to take advantage of attending special events and training programs of AMA. This also gives them exposure to the Management bigwigs from different sectors. |
